Frank Berland

Frank helped launch SHOOK Research in September 2015 and his role has grown beyond research to include managing critical projects and launching new initiatives. Frank's extensive Wall Street career has included positions with Garvin Guy Butler's OTC Currency Options trading desk, proprietary floor trader on the New York Futures Exchange trading options and futures on the NYSE Composite Index, Finex Dollar Index, and New York Mercantile Exchange. He was a Senior Natural Gas Derivatives Broker for Berisford Capital Markets Group covering basis swaps, fixed float, swaptions, EFP's, and physical gas. Frank was co-founder Energy Derivatives Desk-Natural Gas and Electricity at Garban-Intercapital (now ICAP). He is a graduate of Hofstra University, and lives with his wife and two children in Boca Raton, FL.
